1. The gift will be based on the order confirmation email received by the customer. If the gift is not mentioned in the order confirmation email, the customer will not qualify to receive the gift.
The pre-order period runs from January 15 to February 4. The CuboAi Smart Baby Monitor 3 will be shipped starting in February 5, in sequence based on the order date, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 15 business days.
Please note that the CuboAi Monitor 3 and Birdee will be shipped at different times. The Birdee will start shipping to the same address from March onward.
2. The Floor Stand Set comes with the Baby Monitor, Floor Stand and a Mobile Stand. To create a complete Floor Stand set, attach the floor base to stand elements.
The Wall Mount Set comes with a Wall Mount and Mobile Stand. Wall Mount requires drilling.
3. To protect your little one’s safety and security, CuboAi is only able to pair with stable and password-protected networks, of which download/upload speed are recommended to be at least 5Mbps and encrypted with WPA/WPA2.
4. Smartphone is required. CuboAi App is available for the iOS and Android system. Mobile device must be iOS 14/Android 9.0 or newer.
5. Offers cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
